Megan
V. Davis, MPH, MPhil, E-RYT

Megan’s study and practice of yoga are
informed by her experiences with rehabilitation after knee surgery and after a
car accident that injured her neck, back and hips. She received her 200
hour vinyasa certification in 2003 and in 2007 completed a 50 hour yoga
therapeutics training and was certified as an Anusara-Inspired teacher.
Megan’s classes combine anatomy and physical alignment of Iyengar and Anusara
with the creative aspects of vinyasa. She has a special interest in
working with people who have injuries or special conditions and want to explore
asana, pranayama and meditation as healing or therapeutic modalities.
Megan has studied with many world-renowned teachers including John Friend,
Jenny Otto, Ana Forrest, Rod Stryker, Doug Keller, Douglas Brooks and Shiva
Rea. Off the mat, Megan teaches undergraduate
