Private Instruction

Megan is available for private and semi-privates (2-6 students) sessions at your home or in studio.

Private sessions can include:

  • Therapeutic needs to heal injuries and bring you out of pain into a harmonious place of ease and freedom
  • To create a home practice
  • To learn more challenging asanas, pranayama and/or meditation

Megan also teaches Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation done in savasana, to cultivate awareness and gain access to relaxation and subtler spiritual exploration.

In addition, Megan is available to bring yoga to your place of work.
