I
believe that yoga is an opportunity to celebrate the connections between our
hearts, minds and bodies as well as the connections that we have to each other
and our environment. Finding stillness within the difficulty (of life or
of asana) is the key to cultivating joy. Asana is about creating space
and taking a seat, one which will create the possibility for full engagement in
life. I am constantly inspired by people and things in my environment,
but most notably the animals in my life, my students and my teachers.

Client Testimonials
"You
are a real pro and a lot of fun; you make it easy and fun to learn
yoga. Thanks for being a passionate teacher. Out of all the things (5
doctors, countless 'adjustments', three epidurals, acupuncture,
pharmaceuticals, PT, message therapy, walking, etc.) I have tried to
help my back, yoga is actually making a difference on the physical and
mental level." -David
"I just wanted to drop a quick note to
say how much I enjoyed the 4 week workshop Megan offered in May. It
was exactly what I needed to push myself and learn some fundamentals
that I had missed along the way. She did a great job of tailoring her
teachings for the range of levels of those in the class, and the small
size was perfect for the more individual attention I needed. She
strikes a great balance of encouraging students to challenge themselves
to go further in their practice, but still respecting and supporting
us." -Kathleen
